Generally the theme needs to support this. Which theme are you using? Have you contacted the theme developer for support?

That doesn’t appear to be a theme found here on https://wordpress.org/themes/ – I recommend that you contact the theme developer for support – the theme developer would know best how to accomplish full-width shop and post pages.
