    I am seeing a spinning wheel no matter how I configure the plugin. Are there any recommended trouble-shooting steps?

    By the way, we’d previously been testing “3D FlipBook – Light Edition”. Is it possible that there is a conflict with left-over data?

    Can you please share the link to your site.

    The spinning wheel can occur mostly if the file is not accessible.

    The site is still in development, but I will investigate permissions and path to check for accessibility. Thanks for the tip!
