Support » Plugin: WordPress Social Sharing Plugin - Sassy Social Share » Full of W3 Validation ERRORS

  • Have you ever tried to validate your plugin? Its full of errors. Please FIX all coding errors from this plugin. Place all your share buttons on a page and run that page through

It is one thing to have warnings but ERRORS are very bad for page functionality and SEO!

    Here’s just a few examples:
Error: Bad value for attribute name on element input: Must not be empty.
    ton></div><input type=”hidden” value=”0″ name=”” /><span

    Error: No space between attributes.

Honestly WordPress should enforce you guys to fix these errors or they should kick you out from their repository! This is unacceptable.

Sorry about that. We will definitely fix this in upcoming releases.
FYI, SEO is not affected by the W3C validation. You can see that most popular websites like Google, Amazon, and Twitter don’t validate these.
