• I have 24 Ninja forms, operating over 3 websites currently and every single one is throwing errors. I pay for the support but my problems are never resolved. I’m a reasonably capable developer, maintaining all my own websites and so am able to work through suggested fixes, but they simply pass the buck on to ‘third party plugins’! I am emailing in circles and losing business!

    Latest bug is with Recaptcha, V2 which is throwing errors and so I had to disable all Recaptcha on my forms.

    **The last two weeks have been spent corresponding with Ninja, who were extremely helpful in finding my issues, going beyond their support remit, until they tracked the fault to my hosts’ email setup. Mia helped me resolve the issue and setup a new email service, so hopefully normal service will now be resumed. I can’t thank Mia enough for her help with this, as I believe it is not normal Ninja practice to give one-on-one dedicated support.**

    I just wanted to follow up on this review.

    I worked with George in our ticket system and was able to isolate the problem with submitting his forms. The host was either throttling or had disabled sending email via PHP which is the default method of sending emails in WordPress. Troubleshooting was difficult because the hosting provider neglected to mention anything about it, causing a lot of frustration for the user. It’s no wonder he was so upset! The solution was to use a email service to send the transactional emails that WordPress did. Once we set that up, everything worked like magic. The end result is that all George’s forms are working as intended now.
