  • This plugin is full of bugs and cussed my site to crash. The plugin authors ‘solution’ was to switch my WordPress to TWO VERSIONS PAST and uninstall all my
    Plugins. Basically this plugin is incompatible with every other plugin and if you have anything on your website other than this plugin, prepare to suffer immensely. Also the support sucks. They don’t read your issue. just waste your times asking lots of useless questions which btw is very obviously copy paste because with every issue I’ve asked for help in it’s been the same response. Eventually you get extremely frustrated and leave and then they mark your issue resolved. If you tell them it’s not resolved they just blame and attack you and again waste your times with lots of useless questions without even reading what you wrote. User beware. If you have lots of time to waste on buggy plugins then this is for you. If you care about your site and business, stay away.

    Hi:

    Ok. But we just looked at the threads you opened on the forum. We found two threads:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-wp-account/

    Both of these we responded to in a timely manner, going through normal trouble-shooting processes as best we could in a remote support forum. However, in both instances the threads were abandoned – after six days without a reply we marked the issue as resolved so we can focus our attention on issues that are actively being replied to by users.

    When you responded to our closing of the second thread we attempted to collect more information and instead got this negative review.

    I’m sorry you had a negative experience and hope that you found another help-desk plugin to meet your needs.

    PS: I’m not sure what you mean by we “attacked” you. The WordPress moderators would never allow such a thing! Nor are we sure what you mean with the “two versions past” comment in the review since none of the threads reference a change of WP versions. If anything we always recommend the most up to date version of WP – I can’t think of any instance where we’ve advised a customer to try an older version of WP.
