Full of bugs and barely supported.

I was disappointed with this plugin. It does have a ton of features, but not much care or polish has been put into them. It’s not very stable to begin with, I have witnessed a lot of bugs especially in the form designer; also, I got no answers from questions on the support forums at all. I do understand that paid support takes precedence, but after a month you’d hope to hear a peep from the devs, instead there only was silence. If this and other reviews are any indications, I wouldn’t expect any better from paid support either. Overall, this plugin wants to do so much, but does it so badly that it just falls flat, period.
