their own site is a mess, when you install, you don’t have a certainty that you are in fact deleting unsued images and you might en up deleting images you are using. the webp converter reached more than 700% of completion when it isn’t failing and when you check out, you don’t see any jpg turned into webp.

I tried asking them for a refund and you get no replies, no refund.

    Do not buy this

I’ve requested a refund and got no reply.

This is surely a scam and WordPress needs to ban them

    Hi @biguprush

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand your frustration. The issues you described are certainly not the intended behavior of our plugin. Our team takes such concerns very seriously, and we would like to investigate what went wrong in your case.

In our “Detect Unused Images” feature, unused images are listed after clicking “View Unused Images.” Please note that the plugin does not automatically delete images without your permission, nor does it delete used images. This might be causing some confusion. This only detected unused images. You can choose images to delete individually or in bulk. Before deleting, a pop-up warning always appears, stating: “Are you sure you want to delete these? The data and their associated files will be completely erased. This action can’t be undone!” This is not the expected behavior, as our plugin should not delete used images from the Media Library.

When you raised a ticket through our support channel, we promptly reached out to you and requested details about the issue to assist you further. If the plugin fails to perform its intended functionality or has technical issues, we are happy to offer a refund. It is not true to say that we didn’t respond to your ticket. The delay in our last reply was due to the weekend. Here is the ticket link.

    Thank you,

This reply is a smoke bomb. They reply trying to make it look as if they were giving support but it’s all fake. I requested a refund and they refuse to do so. Please WordPress, ban these developers as they are using the plugins directory as a flytrap.

Update: Not only they won’t refund you, they will try contact you using their forum to tell you to drop your bad reviews IN ORDER TO give you a refund.

    Is this acceptable by WordPress?
