Full Latest News text showing on homepage

    I’m setting up a homepage with a latest news section at the bottom but I’m trying to make it so that the full text of the blogs doesn’t show, filling half the webpage. I went into ‘Reading Settings’ and changed posts to only show a summary in feeds but this doesn’t seem to work.
