Full html in description

Is it possible to have the results and scales description fields have full html capability? It seems items like <div> <span> <p> are stripped when saving. Some basic codes like <b> work – but since the description fields are not wrapped as <p> elements – it is hard to target the text only for css.

In my example, I am adding an image inline which works – but I can’t manipulate the text through css on its own. I can only target the entire description class.
