Full HTML code for form?

    I can’t use the short code on my website because my theme only always me to alter how the website looks on the front end. Is there a way that I can get the full html code for forms? I tried to piece together the bits of HTML code in the customize HTML tab but that did me no good.

    Sorry for the delay. It looks like my email notifications stopped coming. The form HTML won’t really help you much since that wouldn’t include any processing.
