# Full footnote in RSS

 * When I create a footnote using the standard ((footnote)) syntax, the full text
   of the footnote appears in the RSS feed right in the middle of the text I’ve 
   written. Is there a way to prevent this? Am I missing something?

 * sorry for the delay.
 * Maybe some background code of your RSS feed outputs double brackets.
    May you
   try another short code and check if the problem persists. You can easily change
   your short code in the Footnotes Plugin settings (either to a pre-defined code
   or your personal code). **Important**: Please do NOT use a single character as
   a short code!
