• I have used this plugin for several years. I like that it does allow me to do a substantial amount of customization without having to know how to do any coding. Just CSS and using a comprehensive admin panel will let you tweak this to look exactly how you want, and deliver all the ticket customizations you can imagine. I have used the Pro plugin as well, and it has managed returns and refunds nicely. Reporting capabilities are excellent. The whole event, ticketing, booking, reporting logic flow of this product are exactly how my brain thinks they should be. That made learning this product very easy for me. I have used other ticket plug-ins that had the same feature set, but they just seemed less intuitive and harder to learn that Event Manager/Pro.
    This plugin is well documented and well supported. Been around a long time, and it is nice to be able to rely on a steady, consistent product. My only beef is that to take online payments you need to use the pro version. Pro adds even more features too, but I think they might be missing the market by not having a lite version that just supports paypal for a price point that is less than the very full featured Pro license.
