It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

Thank you for your reply.
I deactivated all plugins except Events Manager and WP FullCalendar and the issue still persisted, I then changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen and it still has the same issue.
You can see this for yourself, the new developing URL is:

Using the default Twenty Sixteen theme and only the two plugins activated.
This is not my first time using the Events Manager and WP FullCalendar combination, I developed one site that is using the pro version of Events Manager. I’m now afraid to update that site’s version for fear that it too will have this issue.

After further investigation I think I may have found part of the issue.
When setting the “events” to use the default calendar instead of the list view and then visiting this page http://atkm.us.tempcloudsite.com/events/ you can see that events are being duplicated, each time I edit one of those events it adds another duplication.
This leads my to think there is really something wrong with this plugin in it’s current version (5.6.6.1).
This is all related to a live site and I need to fix it A.S.A.P. with the lack of support here it’s forcing me to consider using another plugin, one that does work “out of the box.”
As I’ve said before I’ve used this plugin many times, it was my go-to calendar for events. I have six sites using the free Events Manager plugin and one site using the pro version. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, I’m not updating any of the other sites until then.
I’ve not seen this issue reported by anyone else, so I’m guessing it’s an issue specfic to your setup.

Did you not read all of my follow up posts?
As stated the developing site http://atkm.us.tempcloudsite.com/calendar/ is in that state, default Twenty Sixteen theme and only Events Manager and WP FullCalendar plugins activated.
Sorry I was unaware that support is weekdays only!
can I know what is your current WPFC version? also, can you try to increase the events list limit and see if this will any difference?

Both the “live” site and the developing site are running WP version 4.7, WPEM version 5.6.6.1, WPFC version 1.2.
The Calendar Day Event List Settings – Calendar events/day limit is blank (unlimited)

Problem resolved by using The Events Calendar plugin instead.
