Full back up Failed found errors message

    I am trying to create a full back up of my website and it says failed under status. When I mouse over the failed text it says errors found during back up. Ive never had any issues before now, what can I do?

    In case you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using an FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    Hello, have you recieved the file? My host plan is running out in a couple of days and I would like to create a full back up for when I relaunch on a new hosting service.
