    Hello
I am not clear on how to fulfill orders, is it done automatically, or is there is a place to do it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting VillaTheme.

To fulfill orders, there are 2 ways:

+ Fulfilling by extension (available in both the free and paid version), just go to WooCommerce > Orders, click on “To order” button, check your Fulfill tab of this plugin setting to let that button show up.

+ Bulk fulfill by API (available only in the paid version).

All you can see in our video: https://youtu.be/eCt8sJVsBXk?t=827

    Best regards.

    Hi
I don’t see a “To Order” button on WooCommerce>Orders, the only buttons that I see are “Add order”, “Import tracking number”, and “Export tracking number”.

    Hi,

Please take a look on my note above: “check your Fulfill tab of this plugin setting to let that button show up”.

Go to Fulfill tab, Show action option, select order statuses that let “To order” button show up.

    Best regards.

On the “Show action” of the Fulfill tab there are the following options selected “Processing”, “On hold”, and “completed”, and on the dropdown menu, it doesn’t show the “To order” option.

    Hi,

You seem not to understand this option.
When order statuses selected “Processing”, “On hold”, and “completed”, that means only the aliexpress orders that have such those statuses will display “To order” button in WooCommerce > Orders.

Please now go to WooCommerce > Orders check your aliexpress orders statuses, what are those statuses?

    Best regards.

    Hi,

You can test an order included aliexpress products on your site, then check in WooCommerce > Orders. You can see this video guide.

    Best regards.

    Hi
It is not very clear in the video. Do I have to actually purchase a product in my store?

    Hi,

Yes, just do the test, order an aliexpress product on your site, then check that order on WooCommerce > Orders.

    Best regards
