    Hi,

My technical skills are very limited so I am unable to describe the problem technically.

The problem is that, when I activate FTS, all the “moving parts” of the site (responsive elements, animations, menus, maps, etc.) are static, do not load or they do not adapt themselves to the right size and, when I deactivate FTS, everything goes back to normal behaviour.

    Could you help?

    Thanks and regards.

I’d be glad to help. Can you please provide the following 3 things.

    1. The shortcode you are using.

Thanks for all the info and screenshots. Can you duplicate that home page and send me test link, sounds like maybe a CSS issue. You can use the duplicate post plugin to copy any page easily. Great plugin to have!

    Hi Spencer,

Thank you very much for your response.

Here follow the URLs of the clones of the pages shown in the screenshots:

Thanks for the links but I am not seeing the feed on either of those links. Can you double check please.

Sorry, I do not understand what you mean by “the feed”.

    Hi,

I just realize that you mean the Facebook feed!

These two pages do not have feeds. I did not thought that the problem could be caused by the shortcode, because the problem is that simply activating FTS breaks the entire site. These two pages are only examples of broken things when the FTS plugin is activated.

If you need a page with feed I can add the shortcode to any of these two.

    Please, let me know.

Thank you very much once again for your attention and best regards.

Yes please add the shortcode to a page.

    (@jotomas)

    Hi Spencer,

I added it to this page:

    http://inforoses.com/web-app-menu-turista-clone/

Should I activate the plugin? If yes, could you please let me know an specific timeframe convenient for you to do it, the shortest possible, as the site is public and activating the plugin breaks it?

Thanks once again and best regards.

Go ahead and active it, I’ll be around for a while.

Alright thanks, I see the problem. It appears apart of our js does not like to be truncated. Try turning that option off in whichever plugin that option is active… usually an optimize plugin or caching plugin.

    Hi Spencer,

    The plugin is this one:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/

There is only one setting to enable/disable Javascript Code optimization. I disabled it and now FTS does not break the site.

Thank you very much for your willingness to help!

    Best regards.

On another note, I noticed when looking at your feed the first post was not showing the image next to the text. I have fixed that. If you delete the current plugin and reinstall it and empty the cache on our plugin you should see the photo now. Here is a temporary test link http://feedthemsocial.com/test/
