    Hi,

I am currently trying to connect my WordPress site to our new server. In the past, I would upload files using ftp to the ftp folder (private files) and then access them from there.

However our new server only allows for FTPS and when the url is set,the customer area setting page says that the ftp folder does not exist?

Is there anyway I can continue to use this function with FTPS?

    Thanks,

    Sam

  • Hi,

the way you upload the files does not matter (FTP, FTPS, SCP, …)

you only need to create that folder and make sure it exists. Customer Area will find the files in there.
