ftp upload

I have a customer that runs a sign shop. He want to allow his customers to ftp art work to his website server. These files can be very large so emailing does not work. Also, because of the file size, we want to give the customer a progess status of the upload.

Can any one point me to a plugin that would suppor this functionality?
