# FTP question

 * I can’t use the FTP connection to do auto-upgrade for plug-ins or WordPress. 
   I have inputted all information and tried both FTP or FTPS but it always says“
   Failed to connect to FTP Server”. Any body have idea?

   trying to use for FTP are correct?

 * I have the same problem, and my provider tells me I need to use FTPS (ssh), not(
   ssl) Is there a way for me to upload the theme myself through my own ftps program?
