Hello! Just got in to WordPress. Love it. Trying to add a plugin “tierra-audio resume”. I have two problems: 1. Where and how to I get FTP access for my blog? 2. What info is needed to set up the FTP so I can upload ‘Tierra audio with auto resume‘. Novice and need assistance.

Is this a WordPress.COM blog? If it is, you can’t use plugins.

No I bought the domain through Network Solutions and currently pointing the name servers toward WordPress’s name servers. Does this pose problems as well? Are we needing a 3 party host site?

Is this what you’re doing?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

If yes, then it’s a WordPress.com blog and you can’t use plugins.

WordPress’s name servers belong to WordPress.com, the .org site doesn’t do any hosting.

See http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for the difference between .org and .com.
