FTP credentials not accepted by Updraft

    Hi, I have been using UpdraftPlus for quite some time on different sites, without any problem.
    Only a site I have problems because, by making the FTP connection test, am I getting this warning:
    PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_login(): Login authentication failed (line 46, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php
    I have a current version of WP and the PHP Version is 7.1.12 (hosting provider Aruba)
    Note that with the same credentials, I correctly connect to FTP with Filezilla.
    Of course I first created on the server, the folder that must contain the backup.

    What may be due?
