 * I am trying to install a plug-in. The WP screen asks me for FTP credentials. 
   I keep getting an error.
 * Failed to connect to FTP Server 64.150.185.71:21
 * Hostname: 64.150.185.71
    FTP Username XXXX FTP Password XXXX Connection Type:
   FTP
 * The Username and Password are 100% correct. I can connect via Dreamweaver and
   Filezilla using the same. I submitted a ticket to my hosting company and they
   have verified that those are correct. The tech support at the hosting company
   replied…
 * > I used filezilla and connected to the server using the credentials that you
   > provided and did not have any issues. I was able to get in to the server and
   > changed directories using both active mode and passive mode in FTP. I also 
   > went to ftp://64.150.185.71 and was able to get to the site and browse around
   > in a browser to various directories in the httpdocs directory. I used Firefox,
   > IE and Google chrome and all prompted me for a username and password.
 * PLEASE HELP!!! WHY AM I GETTING THIS ERROR?
