# FTP backup directory empty

 * After I backup, the directory on my server is empty.
 * 1. Tested FTP settings. Perfect.
 * 2. Yes, I saved settings before backing up.
 * 3. Yes, I refreshed my server/folder.
 * 4. Backups show as complete under “Existing Backups” and I can see from the logs
   that permission to write went fine, no errors.
 * Any idea how I can fix this?
