 * Hi,
    I’ve tried hard to get my ftp access, but i couldn’t make it. I’m using 
   a free account of wordpress.com, my website still has “[http://EXAMPLE.wordpress.com&#8221](http://EXAMPLE.wordpress.com&#8221);
   and i was wondering if the problem was that one. Could I have access to my website’s
   ftp even if i’m using a free account? I’ve tried using filezilla with host the
   whole site name including host:EXAMPLE.wordpress.com ; username EXAMPLE and the
   password, but it won’t work. Hope someone could light me up. Thanks in advance
   and merry christmas!

 * I do not believe you can get a FTP access your site on WordPress.com account.
   
   Try asking on their support forum at [https://en.forums.wordpress.com/](https://en.forums.wordpress.com/).
   This current site WordPress.org is only for self hosted sites. Good luck.
