 * I have some basic issues with backups and ftp.
 * On trying to back up one of my sites, I get ‘PHP process is unable to write files
   to your server. Please configure FTP access to continue.’ SO I click on it and
   it asks for ftp username/password – I don’t know what it’s asking for? And what’s
   the ftp path?
 * Also I have two successful backups but the size is showing as 0MB. That doesn’t
   seem right?
