FS contact Form Confirmation Email Settings

I have configured FS form correctly. Checked the Confirmation Email check box
and HTML check box as i want to integrate HTML type confirmation.
But i am unable to receive the email.

I want my own email send html in this section, can i do it in this plugin or not.
as i did it but not getting emails.
when removed html from it, then i got the emails.
But my desired is to send my own html template as an email.

Hi, have you enabled the following feature Enable to receive email as HTML instead of plain text under Advanced tab?

Okay, try the following. Disable all your other plugins except this one. Then carry out a test. If this does not work can you test a different theme like WordPress default Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen?

Thanks again but it worked for me now the issue is YAHOO email.
Gmail received the auto email but my Yahoo is not receiving the auto email.
