Frustrated by star/rating plugins today

I have downloaded and attempted to use no less than five star/rating plugins:

WP-PostRatings
WP-StarsRateBox
Outbrain
SpotbackWidget
GD Star Rating

NONE of them do what I want, although StarsRateBox came close but was broken.

I have a page of restaurants – the phone, address, directions, brief note about each restaurant. I would like users to have the ability to rate EACH RESTAURANT individually. As I said, WP-StarsRAteBox came close, but when I put in the code it showed up wonky on the page. That plugin hasn’t been updated in 9-2008, so I doubt the authors have any desire to deal with me.

Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow MANY instances of hard-coded rating capability on a single page that is NOT based on posts or comments whatsoever? GD Star Rating looked like it might work but the plugin is VERY involved for something that should be so simple. It also didn’t look like I could make it work multiple times on one page.

HELP!!
