I have searched and tried everything except editing the plugin which i am not a fan of since i usually am really good at updating the plugins.
When the Post comes in its status is Scheduled
i have tried various Time Corrections and have tired putting in the email status: Published
    date: (current date)
I even tied a past date and it still shows Scheduled
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thank You

What is the published date/time compared to the actual date/time of the email?

thanks for getting back to me!
Here is where i am now.. in order to answer your question i reset everything back to where i had it before experimenting… with one exception..

in WP General setting for time zone i set it to a UTC numer insterad of a City EG.. WP- UTC-8 and Postie i set to -8..

anyway.. it is has now worked for 3 straight tests… so i dont see why the City setting would be different than the UTC-8 as it showed the same time afterward.. hmmm
Hopefully we are good to go live!
    Thanks again!

Glad it works whatever the reason.
