    Hi,

    I am not sure what you mean by frozen sidebar.

    If you are referring to the sticky sidebar, you can disable it at Appearance -> Customize -> Main Body Design -> Sidebars.

    Find the option -> Desktop devices : make sidebars sticky on scroll, uncheck the checkbox and publish your changes.

    As for disabling social sharing bar, go to any of your single posts which shows the social sharing bar, click on the customize button from your admin bar to load the customizer.

    Go to -> Main Body Design -> Single Posts Settings.
    Find the option -> Display social sharing buttons in your single posts, uncheck the checkbox and publish your changes.
