Frontpage problem, please help!

    Hy there!

    Well i can’t for the life of me figure out how to get an embed code to show up in the frontpage! I want to add youtube videos, i paste the embed code, i publish… and on the frontpage only the Title shows and the “read more” link. once i click read more, in the post the code works and i’m able to watch the video.

    So, any ideea would be apreciated! Thanks a lot!

    You have 2 options:

    1. Edit index.php template file in your theme and replace the_excerpt() with the_content(). Then edit each post and insert the <!–more–> tag where you want your posts’ excerpts/teasers to finish.

    2. Write a custom excerpt in the Excerpt field, under the post edit box. It can be as short, or as long, as you wish and can include images.
