# Frontpage issue

 * Hi,
    I’m making site and using WP as CMS. [Highlander](http://wp.highlander.ge)
   Problem is – on front page I want several things. First of all – welcome message,
   which now is as page Welcome to Highlander travel! Second section if hot offers,
   which now you can see on home. and the last section should be “news” – new topicks
   list with dates. and have no idea how to do it. Currently in reading settings
   I put on Front page displays Your latest posts, and using plugin frontpage manager
   put there articles from “news” category. I copied index.php to home.php and modified
   it a bit to make sections. but no idea how to put the rest. Please help in this
   issue. And btw, I don’t want Welcome to Highlander travel! to be shown in navigation
   menu, it should be in home.
