# Frontpage cached. Forever

 * I’m testing numerous cache plugins for my heavy WP theme, even CloudFlare. Now
   everything turned off, but my front page still cached, 10 days already!
    From
   different networks, computers I see same.
 * At the source code I see
    <!– This is the static html file created at 2015-06-
   14 13:09:09 by super static cache –> I flush this cache too and then delete plugin,
   but…
 * There is no special folders, files in my WP directory.
 * **The question is: how to get rid of this nasty cache???**

 * Did you check your .htaccess file. Cache plugins adds few rules in there. Apart
   from your WordPress rules there shouldn’t be any other rules there.

 * Thanks for answer, yes, htaccess is fairly clean.

 * I check DB also, there is no cache plugin tails. My hosting have no internal 
   cache too…

 * Did you delete the folder where “super static cache” stores the cache files?
   
   I’ am not really sure about the location.

 * yes, everything looks clean and I wonder why frontpage still cached!
