"Frontline template" Help – Header bar

1- Please help advise how to adjust the “shadow image” (grey rectangle) of “Blog” to be equal to the shadow of “Home” or “Contact”.

2- Also how to make the description appear on header, I did add the description “our news” of Blog in Menus; (same as others) but it doesn’t show up the same way as “Our work” or “Get in touch”
