Frontier Theme Comments Form

    Am using the Frontier Theme in my blog. At the very end of each post, is a comments form with a couple of options for following posts and comments.

    At the bottom of this comments form, the following text is displayed (by the theme):

    (You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <cite> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> <strong>)

    I don’t wish for this text to be displayed because most people don’t speak HTML, so I would like to comment it out.

    I know a little PHP, but have been through most files trying to find the source file. Can someone please help me determine which file (or resource) to edit?
