Frontier options – put javascript in footer

    We have taken the site sivb.org SSL (the entire site). I have a javascript that needs to go in the footer area to display the seal.

    I inserted the javascript into the footer text under the display area tab of the theme settings, but it strips out everything between the script tags, and won’t display.

    How can I get this to show up? I spoke with Thawte, the SSL provider, and they don’t have a non-javascript version of their seal.

    Any idea on this? I have another site on the same URL, using a different theme, and the Thawte code worked fine and displays.
