# frontend.css not loading

 * Hello, I sent a couple emails to your support address with screenshots but no
   response for two days. I’ll try here.
 * After many hours of troubleshooting we have found that our page is loading without
   the link to frontend.css. (Also, we noticed the style on the thumbnails are set
   to display:none. )
 * We then added the link to frontend.css manually. At that point, all of the thumbnails
   appear to be spinning loading circles. Also, if I remove the display:none, a 
   thumbnail will show up, but none of the mouseover actions work. I didn’t get 
   the IE hand or flyovers.
 * Something just appears to be fundamentally wrong with the plugin at this point.
   Can you please assist?
