Great plugin! Thank you for sharing with the community.

NOTE: I asked this question back Sept 16th at your site, but no response as of yet. Hoping to try your other version of plugin before making decision on others…

I am wondering if there is way to use on sites where registered user only has ability to edit their post/page via frontend setup? In other words user has no access to backend post/page editor.

The users URL is structured like this if example will help:

    https://example.com/dashboard/?w2dc_action=edit_listing&listing_id=421

Like for same ability on frontend as backend https://i.imgur.com/FqSonKY.jpg

Users can add their own shortcodes, so that is not an issue.

Have tried some plugins and they will work, but they are near as nice as yours:)

    Thanks in advance for input.

    Hi @texasbiz,

Sorry for my late reply. I guess, the registered user will be able to add the shortcode but that’s pretty much it because all other things are tied to the post editor (seeing feedback, changing rating etc.).

    Thanks for reply.

The user has a post editor in their front-end area. They have all features in a nice easy to understand area:)

Guess we will look for another solution since the free or paid version of yours will not work for us.

    Thanks again for replying.

Terry, it’s hard to say how the plugin will work with your solution for frontend submission because I don’t know how it’s implemented. In this case, it would be best to simply test this?

    Thanks Blaz.

I did of course test to see if your plugin would work on the frontend and it did not. So I came asking if there were maybe some tips you had for me.

All good, appreciate your rely. I am on the hunt for a plugin that will work in frontend environment. Not everyone likes to give users access to backend, plus it can be confusing to some users.

    Cheers!
