 * Hi there
    great plugin!
 * my issue i seem to not be able to resolve is:
    when I upload a document using
   the frontend button, it does not save the document to the database or at least
   it doesnt store it to the document folder.
 * This does result in the document is not show in the frontend library history.
 * What can I do?
