Frontend Registration + PayPal Add-on

I am using contact form 7 as contact page. And I need one more form on the website where a user can register and can pay using paypal method. I am using “Frontend Registration – Contact Form 7” for registration and “Contact Form 7 – PayPal Add-on” for payment.. I just want to confirm are they both compatible to each other? Using the same plugin can I submit a form then it will redirect on paypal and then the user will automatically create on the backend.. I want something like this is it possible to achieve?
