Transitions between sections (in the menu) no longer work due to a javascript error.

I restored version 1.9.8 – there are no errors.

I took turns rolling back the version.
in 2.0.4 there is no error.
starting with 2.0.5 and higher, in all versions there is a specified error.

The error does not occur for guests.
    only for authorized users.
