Frontend Management (Toggle Subscription)

Is there a way to modify the subscriber profile page so that you can toggle your subscriptions? Right now, the Subscriber profile page URL clears all the parameters when you submit. So if you unsubscribe, you see a message that “Newsletter profile has been updated.” But if you try to change your selection, nothing happens, because the URL now reads: http://mywebsite.com/#wysija-subscriptions.
