 * Hi.
    I have a dating site. If a new member wants to register, is this Backend
   or Frontend? If a member wants to log in to his profile, is this backend or frontend?
   When I block a country in frontend can they still register?

 * That really depends on the plugin. User registering and login is often done by
   using wp-login which this plugin considers as being backend.
