Support » Plugin: Inactive Logout » frontend and membership site

  • Hi, this plugin looks really nice. I tried on an offline testing site, and have 2 questions (not really support questions, more like pre-sales questions)

I have a membership site that uses Ultimate Member. Users don’t get to see the backend.
    1. Is there a way to make the pop-up visible (also) in the frontend instead of only in the backend?
    2. do you think this will work with Ultimate Member? This is a function thas has been asked for on the Ultimate Member support forum, but as fas as I know, it’s not part yet of UM.

    Hi Marion,

Yes the popup will work on both backend and frontend.

    2. It should work with any other plugin unless it has a conflict issue .. if it has lemme knw ..

    Hi Deepen,
it works very goog, but only when the user is still on the site. When he leaves the site without logging out, he remains logged in. Is there any chance that in the nearby future your plugin will also work when a user forgets to log out?

Hmmm.. Agreed. Will look into it in the next update.

    Hi,
I’ve needed some time to test, but auto logout after closing the browser still does not work. I thought it did after update 1.4.1., but after the last one, it does not do the trick any more.

    Hi Marion,

After that update it caused series of problwms so i have removed it again .. will take some time to test out and re-integrate this
