Yes, you would use the signup form with the [pdb_signup] shortcode, just place it on a page with restricted access.
Thanks again Roland. Is there a way to add the image upload on the frontend form?
Sorry for all of the questions 🙂

Figured it out Roland. I didn’t have Signup ticked in the fields section. All good now.
Wondering how the email to edit the record can be linked to the front end – not the admin area.
So, setting up the edit record link to the frontend:
1. First make sure your record edit page is properly set up. The record edit page is a page which has the [pdb_record] shortcode in it. DONE
2. Make sure it’s configured in the plugin settings: under the Record Form tab, the “Participant Record Page” setting needs to point to your record edit page. If the page with the shortcode is set to private, it doesn’t show up in the “Participant Record Page” page list.
Is there something I’m missing? When I make the edit record page back to public, it populates the “Participant Record Page” list.
For a private page, you need to use the Post ID setting in the Participant Record Page selector. If you look at the private page you created in the admin, you can see the post ID of that page.
