• I have site that has a slider below the header on the front page. I would like to put some permanent text below the slider and above the footer. So far, I tried to create a post even though I wouldn’t call permanent text a post. So far that approach hasn’t worked. A box appeared with the title of the post. If I click on the box, I go to another page that has the post. Obviously, that is not what I want.

My whole approach is probably wrong. Please start me on the right path, Thanks,

  • The correct method would depend on the theme you’re using. Which theme are you using?

    I’m using Customizr Pro.

Customizr Pro is a commercial product. If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Support for that theme appears to be offered here: https://presscustomizr.com/support/
