Welcome to WordPress! I am not aware of any “Godaddy WordPress Theme” but I can point you in the right direction of some plugins you can use to get yourself a slider on your front page of your new site.

thanks but this theme have option of slider … i want to use built in slider. i added picture too but can’t see it on front page. just tell me how to activate it ..

I’m using “Go Daddy Cleanio” theme version 1.2 By “CyberChimps”. Currently I’m using plugin slider but i want to use theme’s own slider for front page DewaFoundation.org.
just like in this site he used theme’s own slider check it too ishaatulquran.com
