Front page not displaying Theme

Hi,

It may be something really simple but my front page is no longer showing the theme page (when I view it logged into wordpress I see it perfectly) but if I log out and check it displays the page you will see if you go to http://www.iamfionang.com

It isn’t anything to do with mobile phone view as I switched that off?
