Front Page Layout – Summary Text

    I am using the demo theme and would like to buy the full version. Everything conforms to my needs except that I can’t get the front page to just display a summary of the post – instead it is showing the entire post.

    I have changed the settings under:

    Settings > Reading > Summary

    But this hasn’t helped.

    Is there something that I am missing?
    I am rather keen to buy but will not do so if I can’t make this change.
