Could you check the menu settings of your site? You can navigate Dashboard>Appearance> Menus. Editing the menus should fix this for you.

If you want to see your latest posts on your homepage, in the WP Dashboard, visit Settings > Reading and at the top select Front Page Displays > Your Latest Posts.

This should show only your latest posts at your .net address.

Try editing the menus, and you should be able to point them to the home page and the blog separately.

The menu link ‘Home’ in your navigation menu should point to http://www.spraysite.net/ instead of http://www.spraysite.net/home.

You can edit the hyperlink of the menu item by clicking on it and editing the hyperlink.

If your theme is not using a navigation menu, then create one and include a ‘Home’ link using ‘Links’ on the left.
