Front end stuck on loading screen

Hello,
I’m developing a wiki site. Today I’ve changed laptop (from a Win 7 to Win 10 with 4k screen) and suddenly I’ve got this problem: when I click on the plugin button in post edit page with clear cache and cookies the plugin opens smoothly; but after the first interface closure (save/cancel, ecc.) when I click the second time to open the plugin frontend (new diagram or edit a previous one), it remains stuck on the loading screen.

Issue resolve only if I clear cache and cookies. Tried Chrome and IE latest version and the problem it’s the same. No changes on the site, that opens regularly on my other lap.

Suggestions? 🙁
